Buzzer beaters always make quite the big racket
in March Madness when they blow up your bracket;
and not every great coach is the fella
who saves a top seed from Cinderella.

Henchmen

In choosing a cabinet Trump doesn't seem to care
if a guy beats his wife -- long as he's a billionaire.
The rising stench, then,
from The Donald's henchmen,
should in no way catch Us the People unaware.

Amateur hour

We the People put Donald Trump in power.
But now that he's out of his Midtown tower
there's daily chaos in the West Wing,
extreme Cabinet stress-testing,
and all the ugly signs of amateur hour.
